SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS,FEDEX,UPS Standard shipping within the U.S fees will apply. International shipping rates for orders $99.99 USD and below, shipping will be $20.00 USD. For orders $100.00 USD and above, DHL express shipping will be free.
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
A delivery confirmation number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS, FedEx or UPS.
We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
